Where we ship

We ship to all addresses in Australia, including all states and territories. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no extra fees to pay on delivery.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days of your order being placed. Rural and remote areas can occasionally take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates, and delays outside our control (for example, carrier delays, extreme weather or public holidays) can happen.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. We'll send your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–3 business days after dispatch for tracking details to update.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change the address.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of ordering, or it arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
