Products and prices
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Shipping within Australia is free. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
- We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
- Your order is accepted once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
- We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please follow any instructions supplied with the product. Test on a small, hidden area of delicate fabrics before use.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.
